Brian Curry was born to be a REALTOR®

A native Texan, Brian was born in Longview in 1976. He grew up outside of Philadelphia and was introduced to real estate at an early age. His grandparents and great-grandparents were all real estate investors, and his father owned a portion of the First Monday Trade Days in Canton. As a boy, Brian spent his summers in Texas with his father preparing the grounds for this famous landmark. His first “real” job was at age 14 working at a produce stand for a man who also happened to be a real estate investor and who, at times, would have Brian help him work on his properties. With this background, you can say that real estate was in his DNA from the start.

While most REALTORS® chose real estate as a part-time job or second career, Brian’s path was clear and at age 22, he earned his real estate license and began selling real estate with RE/MAX. In 1998, when he began, the presence of real estate on the internet was in its infancy, the MLS was still using books and social media was not even a thing. Under the training of one of the top REALTORS® in the state, Brian’s knowledge and experience began to grow. Being far younger than his professional peers, he understood the challenge his clients faced by putting their greatest financial transaction in such a young man’s hands. He didn’t shy away from this; in fact, he was confident that his friendly disposition, energetic work ethic and attention to detail would convince the public that he was the right choice to handle their real estate needs.

Recognizing the fact that his clients would look to him as a trusted source in his field, Brian dedicated himself to becoming an expert in various aspects of real estate. Investing time and money he pursued more education, while most of his peers pursued more business. Wanting to give his clients that extra edge, he earned the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation – achieved by only 3% of REALTORS®. Also earning the prestigious Certified Relocation Specialist (CRP) designation – achieved by less than 1% of REALTORS®. Over the years he earned numerous additional designations and certifications, putting himself in an elite class of REALTORS® – one of the few globally with this broad spectrum of knowledge and education. In addition to being a great local source for corporate relocations and professionals, Brian is referred by REALTORS® throughout the country. To this day, he continues to pursue more education, never being satisfied with current standings.

In today’s highly competitive real estate industry, Brian believes that hiring a REALTOR® is something one should take seriously and choosing the wrong one could be costly in time and money. This belief is the key to understanding his level of service and commitment to his clients. His unparalleled knack for giving personal attention and caring deeply for each of his clients has been the hallmark of his business. Knowing the right people to bring in as a part of his inner circle and creating a precise process, combined with his abilities, experience and attention to detail, is what he refers to as —“Real Estate Refined.” His former broker had this to say about Brian: “You are a great example of what all REALTORS® should strive to do and become. You not only work hard but care about your clients and listen to what their needs are.”

Brian has earned considerable success with nearly 20 years as a real estate professional and has gained the respect of his peers and hundreds of satisfied clients. He continually receives awards for sales volume and was awarded the RE/MAX Hall of Fame honor. Brian’s main focus continues to be new and re-sale residential real estate in the areas of luxury housing, corporate relocation, first-time & move-up buyers, and investors. He works with sellers and buyers alike in Collin and surrounding counties. He feels blessed to be able to do what he loves and be a part of people’s lives, helping with something as personal as their home. Since surrendering his life to Christ as a boy, he continues to embrace humility as a key component in his life. Brian lives in Collin County, where he and his wife enjoy being active in their church and serving others with any opportunities within their community. He also enjoys weight training, basketball, tennis and biking.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $300K in Hatfield, PA.
Brian Curry is an amazing realtor. My husband and I had purchased a home after moving across the country for a new job. Within a couple of months it became clear that we missed our family and friends and made the choice to move back home. That's where Brian came in. After searching and reading reviews on the various realtor websites, we chose to meet with Brian and we are so glad we did! Professional, friendly, competent... he met every quality we were looking for in a realtor. Knowing we didn't have much equity in our home, we used Brian's design/stage team to help get us top dollar for our house. They were wonderful and between their suggestions and Brian's dedication to helping us sell, we received four offers by weeks end! Needless to say we settled and returned home as quickly as possible. We truly do not believe the transition back home could have gone as smooth as it did with any other realtor at the lead. Brian was exactly who we needed.

Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Quakertown, PA.
Selling and buying a house is extremely stressful. In today’s market, it is important to look for a real estate agent that has local knowledge selling houses in the area. Brian Curry was well known in our neighborhood, and we knew he would be able to market our house. He was hard working and we felt like we were the most important client to Brian. He would follow up with any phone calls, e mails, texts we sent quickly.
Brian put our needs and interests above his. He worked hard to put our house in the forefront of the local market, and in less than 60 days, our house was sold for the price we wanted.
Not only was Brian working at selling our house, but he was also looking for a new house for us. We would constantly be getting e mails from him on prospective houses, and he would work around OUR schedules to get us in to see these homes, off hours, weekends and he would be there personally with us. We found our new house and now are waiting anxiously to make settlement in the next few months. I would recommend Brian Curry to anyone.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $100K in Morristown, TN.
I called upon Brian, because he sold my mother’s house in PA and knew he had access to top realtors all over the country. When my father-in law passed away, we needed to handle the estate. Getting his home sold in TN, as I was living in FL, was of a real concern to me. I called Brian to help me find an agent in TN, who he thought would be good and work hard for me. He spent time researching and found me a great agent. Although the home was difficult to sell due to the sloping lot, this agent did a good job and the house was sold.

Brian Curry is a 5 star REALTOR. If you and yours are anything like my husband and I were, then you’re looking for specific things from your REALTOR; you’re looking for competence, sacrifice, availability, easy communication, trustworthiness, experience, and knowledge. Let your search end with Brian because YES, he embodies all of the traits that we sought.

Prior to finding Brian we spent many months getting nowhere with 2 other agents who just didn’t seem to care enough. After meeting Brian, we couldn’t sign the contract fast enough, and we found our house within 3 months! Settlement is today and we literally COULD NOT be happier.

Brian Curry is dedicated to serving God with excellence by serving his clients with excellence. Don’t pass up an opportunity to work with this man. REALTORS like this just don’t come by every day, my husband and I already checked for you. God bless your house hunting experience!

It was wonderful working with you both. This one was certainly tough because of the type of loan and the many requirements they needed. We worked through it and over came many things and ultimately we were successful. So great!! I wish many blessed days in this home as your children grow. It will be very special. Being believers we know that God has his hand in this home you bought. Thank you James and Erica for choosing me as your REALTOR.

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $150K in Boyertown, PA.
Brian initially contacted us in response to a Zillow inquiry. We decided to work with him based on his courtesy and knowledge demonstrated in our first encounter, and we were not disappointed. Brian was helpful both in showing us properties we were interested in and in suggesting properties to us. As we went through the process, Brian was able to help us clarify exactly what we were looking for and narrow down our search.

Once we selected a house, Brian helped with every step of the process from making an offer to our final settlement. He was quick to answer calls, emails, and texts. He was also a good resource to refer us to related services we needed for our new home.

I highly recommend Brian S. Curry as a realtor.

Showed home in 2015 in Spinnerstown, Quakertown, PA 18951.
At our request, Brian showed us the same property several times, and always maintained a professional attitude, never rushing us or making us feel that we were being an inconvenience in any way. He returned multiple phone calls, texts and emails immediately upon receiving them. Although this particular sale didn't work out, we look forward to working with him in the near future. I can confidently recommend him to any buyer.

Did not respond to my inquiry in Blooming Glen, Perkasie, PA 18944.
He emailed me once and that was it. I had questions about a property and was asking his advice and he would not get back to me and it was his listing. His email was basically just introducing himself and that was it. I could not get a hold of him for the life of me. I have dealt with other realtors in the past whether it was buying or renting they were only to happy to help, but he was definitely not interested in the rental I was inquiring about. It was up for rent for a good 6+ months and honestly I think the only reason it was, was because he just didn't feel like squeezing a rental into his schedule. I would not recommend him at all. Go through someone who actually cares somewhat about the customer.
Response from Brian S. on 8/13/2015
Sorry for the delay in responding as I am just seeing this review. I can honestly say I do not recall this and certainly apologize as this is not how I handle my business. I do pride myself on working hard for my customers and clients and being able to be contacted is of first priority. I do remember around this time I had gotten a few rentals and when representing landlords you are inundated with many contacts of people requesting showings and information. It can be overwhelming to say the least with 30 plus contacts in a day form texts, emails, phone calls, etc. Please accept my apology. Thank you Brian S Curry
