    Lawler Park Subdivision
Lawler Park is a smaller, boutique neighborhood boasting high-quality homes from two of the region’s most prestigious builders; Highland Homes and Darling Homes. I finally found my dream home in this creek-lined, exclusive community just a mile north of the Sam Rayburn Tollway in Frisco. My family was among the first residents and I loved how the neighbors made an effort to get to know each other through various community events. Lawler Park is beautifully landscaped along the greenbelts and walking trails. Residents enjoy the resort-style pool, playground, and Frisco ISD’s McSpedden Elementary School within the neighborhood. Fantastic community in a fabulous location!

    1. Rowlett Creek: The northern end of the neighborhood is bordered by beautiful Rowlett Creek. Three of the streets in The Reserve of Lawler Park end in cul de sacs along the creek's treeline. The Lawler Park Drive cul de sac leads to a bridge/path heading into the woods and over to Harold Bacchus Park. Great for hiking and biking with the family!
    2. Location: Situated between Independence and Coit at Rolater, it is only minutes to Highway 121 for an easy commute to work and to get to Stonebriar Mall and the Dallas North Tollway.
    3. Frisco ISD: McSpedden Elementary is located right in the neighborhood so there are no major 4-lane streets to cross when taking your little ones to school.
    4. There is a great Hospitality Committee that plans lots of neighborhood activities.
    5. Amazing native Texas landscaping featuring bridges and path throughout the neighborhood.
    6. Community Pool and Playground - a fun place to meet the neighbors.

The homes were built by Highland and Darling and are 4 years old and newer. The lots are good-sized offering both 65' and 75' wide yards and from 110' deep to 125' deep. Many have 3-car garages. Prices range in the $500's and up.
