    Stone Hollow Subdivision
Stone Hollow in McKinney is a relative new subdivision by Cal Atlantic Homes. Here you will find homes that range form the high $300's to the $500's. There are many new floor plans and elevations to choose from giving the neighborhood great appeal. Stone Hollow is an upscale community pool with cabanas.

Stone Hollow is located next to Gabe Nesbitt Park which is spread out over many acres and features a skate board park, a tennis club, Plano Sports Authority indoor basketball, vollyball and soccer; Apex Fitness Center And Water Park and many ballfields.

Historic Downtown McKinney is a short drive away. It is considered one of the best Historic Downtown's in all of Texas. It has boutique shops, great restaurants and beautiful 19th and 20th Century Victorian homes. A must visit while you’re in McKinney.

An advantage of living here is the proximity to many major national employers such as Toyota’s new National Headquarters, Fed-Ex, Liberty Mutual, McAphee and many more.

Stone Hollow is close to Highway 121 (Sam Rayburn Tollway), I-75 Central Expressway and the Dallas North Tollway. And as if that weren't enough, Stone Hollow is located in the award winning Frisco ISD School District.

  • At the corner of Silverado Trail and Alma in McKinney, The Villas of Stone Hollow Subdivision is filling up fast. The original row of homes are almost complete, and they have started prepping lots and pouring cement for the next phase of homes.

These homes are priced great for the McKinney area, Frisco ISD Schools, and you really want to take a look at them when choosing where to purchase. They have some wonderful "standard features" that other builders don't include, and many options to add your own personal tastes and upgrades.
  • I've been watching Impression Homes build these for awhile now. This neighborhood is priced great for McKinney and your kids would go to the highly desired Frisco ISD Schools! These new homes range from $280's up to $360's, with 3-4 Bedrooms, and at that price you could even qualify for FHA Loans that only require 3.5 percent down payment! I've talked to their representative and they have lenders who will even help with the closing costs to earn your business. I toured the model home and these appear to be a great value for the location, with many "extras" included that other builders charge as additional options. You owe it to yourself to consider this small community and get in line while they are being built!
  • While the original Stone Hollow Subdivision, by CalAtlantic Homes, is filling up fast with beautiful homes staring in the low $400's, another section just started construction and building recently.

The Villas at Stone Hollow is by Impression Homes, and will allow families the chance to get the same great location, nearby Comstock Elementary School, at a significantly more economical option. They are targeting to have several homes "move in ready" by May of 2017, with the lowest price point (3 bed, 2.5 bath, 2023 sq. ft) sold at only $313,846.00

Their largest model currently under construction will be 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath, at 2800 sq. ft and priced at just $360,500.00!! Of course there are upgrades and amenities that vary from model to model and allow some personal preferences. Either way you go, they are very competitive prices for brand new construction in this area of McKinney, with a school right next door and conveniently at the corner of Stacy and Alma.

    Stone Hollow Subdivision
Stone Hollow has a great club house and pool area. These amenities only opened up in the last two years, as this is such a new subdivision. It is a very large clubhouse with a good size pool, completely fenced in for the residents, with a Splash Pad for younger kids.
  • When I moved to Texas in January 2013, the subdivision now known as Stone Hollow, was mostly undeveloped land with some of it being staked out for building. In fact, my boys used to go play there and call it "the mine" because they were looking for treasures where the ground had been excavated. Well, in the last three years, I have watched that area become a beautiful subdivision, that wraps around the Comstock Elementary School (my boys loved that one), has a beautiful pool area, is located nicely with access to Alma and Silverado Trail, and close to Eldorado Boulevard and the Gabe Nesbitt Recreational Area.

The homes there range from approximately $290-450K with square footage anywhere from 2,500 to 4,000 depending on chosen floor plan. The main builder was CalAtlantic Homes. Lately, Impression Homes has started the "Villas at Stone Hollow" on the other side of the school property.

Stone Hollow is also very near the new McKinney APEX Centre/Waterpark to open in February of 2017. This will be a great facility to have close. In addition there are ball parks and tennis courts that are on the same corner of Eldorado/Alma.
